Beira’s Anguish does not Scale with % Charm Effect Increases

I’m making a pseudo Righteous Fire build around Beira’s anguish. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but the small cluster of charm nodes has a few “% increased effect of charm on you” or something like that, totaling to 45%. I tested it when fighting a boss and noticed that my damage with Beira’s was the same before and after taking the node when attacking the boss. I feel like it theoretically should increase the damage of the charm?

The increased effect nodes at this time only scale the resistance and rarity of those charms, and did in 0.1 as well.

Interesting. I hope this gets updated since it seems like it should increase its effect (and other charms as well)
