Chyula Monk Energy Shield Regen Doesn't work

You stop leeching energy shield when you max mana, didn't work like this in 0.1. Do not know if intended or not, but it sucks.

Intended. In 0.1 chayula monk mana leech (and therefore ES) was instant.
