Game constantly freezing/restarting Fog of War

Anyone running into the issue where the game just freezes once in a while? After it freezes, the two cogs appear for ~10s or so and then the game keeps going. However, when this happens, every explored area on the map is cleared.

One of the side affects is that the Liberator Back Attachment also stops appearing/being displayed and requires you to basically re-attach or restart the game.

Been running into the issue since the new season and it keeps happening at least ~3-4 times every ~2 hrs or so.
