Silver Charm and The Hammer of Faith Giant Maul bug

Been testing a build with both these items and both appear to have issues.

Silver charm does not trigger while at full charm charges when affected by temporal chains. It will trigger and last for the 4 seconds when inflicted with temporal chains but not while affected. Not sure if intended, Silver charm reads Used when you are affected by a Slow. Not when inflicted with a slow.

While using The Hammer of Faith, several times after dying and resurrecting at a check point it will not give you random shrine affects for some time, up to 30 seconds, seems to activate faster when killing monsters.

Hope this helps and is fixed because I tried to make a build around these things and they do not work :D
