Act 5 Accent to Power bugged

Just completed the campaign going to be maps and it says need to finish the campaign. Went and did accent to power again even though I have all the ascendency points. Still wont let me talk to her and complete quest, so I cant do maps.

You need to open the endgame map via mapdevice in The Ziggurat Refuge (Past) in Act 6.
