Did you ever test your patch before releasing them ???

You launch 0.2 with no access to the Smith of Kitava ascension,
You launch the patch with correction on Light Stun and it actually have the reverse effect,
You wonder NOW if the 3 level of runes have affected the loot drops.

Is there anyone on Quality Control ? Who is testing the things before release ? for how long ?

Every patch you broke something or realise you didn't consider the effect of a change, yet you launch the patch anyway.

Early Access tag doesn't means you dont have to do your job.

Early access means we are the testers.

The fact that they had to nerf the HP of creatures by 400% early in 0.2 and the huge number of negitive reviews on steam, means there 'vision' does not match what the players want.

Sesion 0.2 is a right off for me. I don't think they can fix the game and make it fun again like 0.1
Yes and no.

Yes, they test it in the intended way.
But impossible to test with so much unique, skill, gem interactions.

We are the playtesters. And there is always a smartass who will brake the game. XD

The question: how many will copy that 1 build?
And what I learned from playing moba games in the past, people ALWAYS cry at patch. Everything is OP, everything is (I think poe community use the word) "bricked" until a few hours later someone finds an alternative paths...

First time ? PoE 1 players always become the tester in each league release. So, I welcome you to the show.

Didn't Jonathan mention that he used twisters when he played huntress, you know, the twisters that were bugged out the wazoo and gained thousands of % of extra damage. So the intended way is to find the skills that are bugged and use them, because they're the only fun ones to use?
Trying to balance this many things seems pretty impossible

And then you add 50 pages of sweeping nerfs to the mix, position yourself on the hillside and watch the explosions from afar. It's been absolutely careless
Intended Way is something akin to Theoretical Mechanics

Well... 50 pages, yet only a few line is relevant to YOUR class and spec...

Dont think pvp is supported yet.

I said supported.

So the builds arent balanced around pvp viability.
PvE content is more important.

So when it comes to the 50 pages long patch you don't need to read everything unless there is a competitive pvp, because as a warrior I don't care much about a lich skill gem nerf/buff unless I have to fight against that build...

Dont think we are in a stage yet where we can consider about having off spec builds.

There are issues that people want to have low level as gem cut options because the class simply cant handle their own gems.
GGG said this is an issue, because everyone should aim to max out their gems.

However I had to ask the question what about off stat gems?
Ie: as a warrior anything that have higher than 100 INT or DEX is a non valid option, but a low level gem can still boost my build.
I think many players wants that DEX minion now...
