Phrecia Kirac mission!

I'm playing HC SSF Phrecia League, and I'm doing around 10-15 maps per day, t16 rare maps, and I'm not receiving Kirac mission. I need 2 legendary maps until completing all 115 battle pass maps, cuz of the idol system i can not focus on Kirac mission cuz i don't have right idols for this. I was missing 1 legendary map on previous 3.25 league Settlers of Kalguur. I really want to take battle pass, can you check is it everything OK with Kirac mission. Also can you make options to purchase missing maps on the battle pass cuz now I really wan to play POE2 but before that i want to complete my POE battle pass, and you can see the situation if this is buged and you close the league i have no chance to complete my battle pass. Also the Scouter reports, this has to be some joke, for all completed maps per day i receive around 1-3 SR per day, most of them are not rerolling Legendary map. If i have a chance to purchase my 2 missing with real money i was going to do it and spend a lot of weeks farming for this 2 Legendary.

Phrecia is meant to be a shakeup league, and is not balanced for things like the Kirac pass and SSF. Combining both with HC is self-imposed challenge and while not fair, I don't see GGG balancing for it now as they have said many times they balance around trade. And Phrecia is only meant for a time filler event. You have a few options if you still want to finish the Kirac pass:

1. Spam a gold farming strategy to buy idols from Settlers to stack Kirac chance. Quick search shows 3x1 or 1x3 idols with a 5-8% roll, so each one boosts your chance significantly. The base Kirac chance is like 2% without atlas passives, so not getting a Kirac maps in 10-15 maps per day without Kirac idol is not surprising. Once you have at least 1 or 2 idol, pick a fast map like Mesa or anything with a close boss, rush the boss, try to get mission, next map. The rarity and modifiers on the map doesn't matter, just the tier and the map boss kill. There's also idols to influence scouting reports and type of scouting reports, but less important than Kirac chance.
2. Migrate to non-Phrecia. Would break your build slightly, but then you can at least get atlas passives to get faster Kirac missions (boosts up to like 20% on the tree plus the chance for scouting reports).
3. Migrate to HC trade Phrecia. Would break your SSF, but then you can just buy the unique maps, the idols, or the beast to give you Kirac missions.
