Loot problems (With screenshots)

Hello. I would like to be another voice addressing the loot problems we are having because I feel we are not heard and the more we talk about this the higher chance it will be addressed as a problem.

I have over 1000 maps. I am a level 94 chaos lich.

Looking at these numbers I average 0.8 exalts per map and a divine orb every 90 maps.

My maps average from 3-4 minutes (Savannah is below 3 minutes)

I am all for grind and character progression. I truely enjoy path of exile. I am at the state where my upgrades would cost a minimum of 20 divines. I don't even want to calculate how many hours it would take with these numbers for me to get a decent upgrade.

Doesn't something just feel off? I am distilling all my maps and focusing on running the ones with quant and rarity.

I have 99% rarity on my character but its not even a rarity thing. There are some maps where legitimately i put nothing in my inventory (no vaals no regals no alchs nothing)

I am not here to cry or whine, I am simply trying to point out that there is something wrong in the game I like playing. The first week I thought it was just a me thing but reading the forum I see there are so many people having the same issue.

I know there are so many problems that needs to be fixed such as class diversity but who cares if LS is the only super super super strong build if nothing drops for any ascendancy?

I just want to lock in, grind and feel rewarded when I purchase my next upgrade man. I'm not asking you to drown us in divines and mirrors but give me something to play with.

absolutely the same. The lack of jeweller's orbs is absolutely insane i was coming on here to post about it when i saw this.
i am pretty sure we are at a point with this game where this is a valid criticism not crying / whining

I can fix it.
Nobody will agree.

Currency is not loot.
Currency is not a metric for winning.
A game based on currency and a market is doomed to fail.

Cause when i was a kid and fantasized about saving the world.
I didn't do it with a bank statement.

No character building.
No progression.
No goals.
No fun.

SSF is your game metric.
If i need to tell the devs that ... well

Do the calcs on hours no maps.

I had more than 130 hours, 92 SSF Lich ED (1st on damage SSF ED)

Only 1 perfect jewe, 7 divs… man this is 130h for a only 6 link skill and almost 19h per divine

And cant craft nothing good and even cant do t16 maps with not enough vaals and low ratio of hit t16 corrupting a 15…

SSF is so so boring and yes i play with rarity, know all the mechanichs…

Is an insult for out time, but the game is undone and broken and unfihish…

For me they can close 1 month and work to fix all this and release a good 0.3 because now they are so far from the fun of poe 1… and yes this is poe 2 not 1… then poe 2 is so bad, worst arpg now. Graphics and designs are good, but nothing more

short and precise. it's over.
Time for a reevaluation.

GGG thinks i need to earn my loot.

GGG your game is.
Randomly good.
Deterministically bad.

Earn my time.

Any fun element is random, and full of hard coded sweat.

i've had a few bosses in T16/17 maps last night after the patch not drop a single thing, like not even a blue item. It wasnt my filter filtering stuff out, i turned my filter off to check and nothing was on the ground after the boss died.

happened twice and honestly felt kinda bad and made me just stand up and go to bed instead of grinding a few more hours last night.

drops definitely feel off somehow.

I can agree that nobody will agree.

Currency is, in fact, loot.
Nobody cares about this "winning" strawman, that's not what currency is meant for.
A game based on currency and a market has already succeeded for over a decade,
called PoE1.

Currency has two purposes:
1. Crafting
2. Trading
It's not that deep.

What crafting?
