Overwhelming Presence visuals are distracting

The visuals on enemies for the Overwhelming Presence debuff (at least on low graphics settings?) could use a rework and need to be toned down.

I honestly didn't know what it was the first time I saw it.

At first I thought it was indicating the pack had some kind of speed buff, but then when everything had it all the time I thought it was a visual bug since all the vertical animated lines made everything look blurry and like they were glitching out.

Overall, it's pretty distracting and I considered just not using the skill at all because it's so visually "noisy"

I noticed it's especially bad when enemies first enter your presence and get the debuff, it looks like the visuals are scaled up and blur for about a second before getting smaller.
