Early Access Bug Reports - Infernoclasp Plate Belt - Charm Slot Numbers - Forum

Hi I cant understand new patchnotes about new charm slots system a bit. Developers wrote, that belts 30+lvl will have 1 - 2slots , 60+lvl 1-3 slots (Do they mean the level item or requires lvl?) i have this epic belt, but he have 4 charm slots Its a bug ?
