Major bug making my game unplayable.

I respect my character, confirm and exit the area and all my passives go back to what they were previously and it’s unplayable at this point…. I contacted support@grindinggeargames.com and all they said was they can’t fix it to post hear and maybe someone here can….. seriously about at my wits end with support not being able to be the support needed. Why pay for a game if it messes up so much I can’t even play it….. so disappointed with the support team.
