Jeweller's orb suggestion

Hi ! I dont know if its just me and my friends but in this season, its really hard to drop some great or perfect jeweler's Orb. Wouldn't it be possible to make them be able to craft with the reforging bench ? It would be great so lessers jeweler's orb would became more useful that it is right now.
