[Poe 2] Chronomancer's Temporal Rift Bug

Currently experiencing a bug with Temporal Rift. The skill becomes unusable when support gems grant the skill a spirit cost and that spirit cost brings your total spirit to zero. The support gems still grant their relevant buffs. The skill becomes usable again when the supports are removed or switched to a different buff/aura.
