Trapped in Hideout After Moving Items

Currently, I am stuck in the Limestone Hideout. In the hideout, I was moving items and trying to move item "Cave Siren Nest 4". The object was too large to fit out the narrow passage and the item cemented in place blocked me inside the circular area. I am unable to highlight and move the "Cave Siren Nest 4" due to unmovable pillars on both sides. I am unable to toggle or select the object in edit mode due to not being on whichever end of the object that allows it to be selected. Therefore, I am trapped inside. I added a waypoint to try and get out, but the waypoint moved inside this circular area as well and now I am trapped behind a boulder in the hideout and now the hideout has ben bricked and cannot use it due to being trapped.
