Corrupted Nexus quests not completing

This corrupted nexus quest line is very confusing, unclear if it is bugged or what. I completed the first quest no problem. Second quest, "Complete a Tier 2+ Corrupted Nexus," I used a tier 2 waystone and it did not complete. Map is complete. The area is cleansed. No quest item or anything like that.
Either criteria needs to be made more clear or the problem should hopefully be fixed. I don't have a lot of time to play, it's frustrating to work to a corrupted nexus, beat it and not complete the quest. Last bumped on Sep 27, 2025, 8:10:54 AM

" Currently there's a bug where if the nexus has a boss mod, the corrupted boss won't spawn and the quest won't update because of that. Until it's fixed, look for nexus nodes without boss mods. Last edited by AIDA_TriEdge#4390 on Apr 20, 2025, 4:43:26 AM

This feels like a pretty easy thing to avoid... if the map has a corrupted nexus on it, don't allow it to have a map boss mod on it so this quest doesn't bug out wtf
