Coming Calamity Chest piece disappearing

The calamity chest piece has been disappearing from my character and all the support gems associated with it are gone. the runes that i socketed also seems like reverted to just after i vaal'd it

Same... Chest disapeared. I logged out and back in and it re-appeared. Lost a support gem from last slot in herald of thunder.

So i think it might have something to do with the attribute requirements. Specifically in my situation it was cause I was using the reduce attribute requirement nodes at the bottom

I can confirm it's definitely related to attribute requirements. It's exacerbated even more if you use different weapon set with different attributes on a Gemling Merc with reduced attribute requirements.

I found out that, in my case, I'm unable to slot a fourth stone in any of the herald skills. If I do, it will disappear upon switching maps or logging out, and sometimes making the armour disappear as well. Upon logging back in, it will revert the gem state to what they were before the forth gem placement.

FYI, if you try to slot a gem that consumes spirit, and you don't have the spirit available for it, the skill will not go online, but there's no warning regarding that.

Sometimes I get double heralds showing up in my skill list, only one icon is active, so It doesn't give duplicated effects. Logging in and out fix the issue. My guess is that it is also related to having two weapon sets and switching between them.
