Subject: Stuck in Infinite Loading Screen After Chaos Trial – Xbox

Hi GGG Support Team,

First of all, thanks for all the amazing work you put into the game – the new league has been a blast so far!

Unfortunately, I’ve run into a frustrating issue with my character. After finishing the Chaos Trial, I teleported to the Ziggurat camp. I then tried to go back through my portal to grab the loot I had left behind, but ever since, I’ve been stuck in an infinite loading screen.

I’ve tried restarting the game multiple times, but every time I log in with this character, it just stays on the loading screen. I even let it sit for over 10 minutes with no luck.

Here are the details:
• Platform: Xbox
• Character Name: Bes_M
• League: Current (latest) league
• Time of Issue: Around 1 PM

I’d really appreciate any help you can provide to get me unstuck. Keep up the great work — looking forward to getting back into the action!

Also stuck in infinite trial of chaos loading sscreen on my warbringer

I just quit the game and waited 15 minutes the instance to restart and then i wasn’t stuck anymore

If you leave the game running but sit in xbox home menu until the game server kicks you for inactivity (5-10 minutes--for me i know when, because the exhaust fan on my xbox turns off and gets real quiet) you can successfully load back into your instance this bug occurs 100% of the time when TP from chaos trials to ziggurat encampent and attempting to return thru TP

Have same issue from trial of chaos when trying to respec ascension. I think the bug is in the trial on Xbox. Hopefully they fix this soon as I've now lost 3 days of work and grind.
