Boat bug! Beacon of Salvation Hideout

Using controller.

Once I get on the boat in my Beacon of Salvation Hideout, if I do not move at all I can actually get off it.

If I move either stick at ALL, the interact button over the boat tie-off goes away, and no matter what orientation I return to the dock in, the button will not come back, and I am stuck on the boat until I exit to character selection.

This problem does not occur when using a mouse, but still when using a mouse companions and hideout objects can be placed near the boat tie-off to simulate this same annoying issue, causing you to be stuck on the boat until you log off.
