Skill gems broken

I have two skill gems that are broken and simply say "This information is unavailable" when I expand out the information. I can put them in my skills panel, but can't select actually assign them a hotkey. If I hadn't used jewelers orbs on them, I would just use new gems, but I already invested in these

Yea. If I click another skill first, the info stays on that skill when I switch to the other gem. If I click the broken skill gem first, it shows similar to your imgur file
