Been 5 days...

It's been 5 days since the patch about the Xbox game sharing and my account still not fixed!!! this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with. I've put in I don't know how many emails to support.... I've posted on the forums and no one seems to want to help me!! I used the key for my game and now I can't access it... this needs to get fixed

They use an email-based ticketing system. If you have an open ticket, any emails you send will be appended to it. Tickets will be queued, based on the time & date of the most recent email. So... yeah. The Xbox thread was posted four days ago. If you've really emailed "like 20 times" then that's pretty spammish, and the reason they've not been responding is because you've been repeatedly resetting your position in the queue. Like... more than once per day, really??

Nobody from GGG will talk to you on the phone.

If you actually take a five minute break from sending emails, you might get one in response.

Let me guess you spent probably thousands of dollars on Poe and you probably get your emails answered instantly but I'm sorry I can't do that and I'm not going to do that so they can either reply to me from an email at any point in time especially since I was already talking to someone and then they just stopped answering me

As far as taking a break I only email them once a day.. when I said 20 emails I just met in total because like I said I was in the middle of talking to someone and they just started ignoring me

The last time I contact Support it took them three days to respond to me. They responded to say they don't provide Technical Support and I should post on their community forum.

I just cannot comprehend sending multiple "bump"-style emails in one day. Like, yeah, sure - it sucks to be waiting in a queue. But multiple every day..? That's verging on becoming a hobby.
