Risen Magi ToS kill on death

Died after killing a risen magi in trial of sekhemas, not sure what happened here - covered in ash doesnt do any damage, not sure what the blue icon debuff is though. Seems to start after rage wears off or when wind dancer restart either way looks like a bugged interaction
