Omen of Whittling not working properly.

I activated omen, used the Chaos orb, saw a yellow prompt to replace the property with mana theft, but the prefix with physical damage was removed, so omen prompts incorrectly?

I think it’s a bugged interaction with gear that have a fracturing orb used on them first. Someone else reported that their omen removed an implicit from the gear. Lots of other issues like yours but all the gear had a fractured affix.
