Stuck on loading screen for the Phararyl Megalith map

I've played two Phararyl Megalith maps today. For both of them I got stuck on the loading screen each time I've entred the portal to access the map. I have to quit the game from the xbox menu and reload it, at which poing my character loads inside the map.

To be clear, this happens both when first entering the map and also if I go back to the hideout to sell loot and attempt to re-enter the map.

Also, if I leave the map to sell loot before doing the boss fight then the boss fight doesn't load when I get back in to the map. The runes along the edge of the map displays as activated but the runes in the mmiddle circle are displayed as unactivated.
