This map should be blue/accessible but isn't.

This keeps happening every atlas screen or so -- maybe 50 times so far this season.
Here it happened to a tower, so now I can't access it or the citadel beyond.  |

Connected to tower twice and it still isn't accessible.
 Three more tries? Lol. I don't remember this ever happening last season. This season it's probably happened 50+ times? |

There is no access to tower (1), but there is access to map (2).  |
