can’t speak to zarka and cant ascend

i cannot advance the ascent to power (speak to zakra) quest. i cannot complete my 3rd and 4th ascendancies. i have djinn barya in my inventory and says i will gain ascendancy, i complete the trial of sekhemas and the djinn barya says i will get ascendancy but it does not work. i am at the atlas board but i cannot gain atlas passives due to this glitch. please help i have tried everything to get this done. the only reason this is not working is because the quest tells me to speak to zakra but it won't let me speak to him to the advance the campaign.

Act 5? Quest, Balbala, Zarka are not needed in Act 5. Ignore the quest. To get 3rd ascendancy you need to complete the trial of Sekhemas or Chaos of the required level (Djinn barya 3 floor lvl 60+ or Ultimatum 10-trial lvl 75+).

I have complete trial of sekhamas with a djinn 70plus 3 trial did not work

I am having same issue. I do not have the green quest coin in my inventory. I am prompted to speak to Z but when I do nothing happens. I have retired fighting the traitor multiple times but still does not drop. Cannot progress to trial of S.
