Found out about this bug the hard way. I just did The Silent Cave for the first time. Corrupted all of the smaller essence dudes and killed the final boss. I got all the normal loot from the kill, but the map objective is not updating to say the boss is dead, so I am not getting the atlas points.

Ran into the same issue on my first one found.

Same issue here with my first one. Did first essence then boss in middle and doesnt count as complete nor can I do the other essences.
