Locked in the Chaos Trial

My character Poison_Nova is stuck in the Chaos Trial A3 normal because the lift has brought me down, the event never started and now I cant TP out and is stuck on the floor. This kind of showstopper bug is unacceptable and should be resolved asap.

Can you not hard restart the game? On computer Ctrl+atl+delete end task, on consol power off WITH the game open?
I know if I crash while in the trial I get ported back to the start and I lose all progress |

I had to wait for the instance to restart (15min) and I got locked again when re trying the trial at the same place.
