Stuck character POE2 Act 3 Xbox series x

On Xbox series X. PATH OF EXILE 2. Level 36 huntress in chimeral wetlands. Won’t let me sign into character at all. Once I choose character, it just stays on the loading screen. Can log into any other character with no issues. Even got the char unstuck by signing two characters into my login. Once I go back to act 3 it immediately goes back to not letting me past the loading screen. I’ve tried all the “tricks” YouTube has to offer. None have worked
