Ritual Bug - unable to find/kill final monster. unable to continue this map

Basically just unable to get around the corner to spawn/kill the final monster. Stuck in the ritual and unable to continue this map. (can teleport out)

I've noticed the final couple monsters being difficult to find in a few ritual instances but most cases I've been able to find/get to them. In this case however the ritual is right on the outside of the map & I cant get around the corner to spawn the monster or kill it. I've quit/restarted my game client & Tried to get a friend to help but as they come close to the ritual it teleports them to my location which means they are stuck also.

I am able to send through the short video I recorded if that helps with anything.

Just looked at other bug reports about endless rituals & something similar that happened was that I killed some fury boss thing before I started the ritual. he was glitched in the wall and was unable to attack me. I could only kill him from throwing spears at him. not sure if it is related but more info if that helps.
