Stomping ground with Vaulting impact DOES NOT WORK STILL

Hello , doing a fun build and stomping ground lets you link it with vaulting impact but it wont trigger at all, its been bugged since last year why is this still not fixed

Still not working, stomping ground link vaulting impact should work too.
