Fix these two Chayula issues please

ES recovery from Leech with consuming questions stops once leeching stops. The value of leech is not correct and it needs to be fixed.

Also change chayula to convert spirit to darkness at an exchange rate instead of static value. Balance this off of mid tier spirit rolls for armour and amulet.
