Character Stuck on Loading Screen

Hey Everyone!

I opened a ticket with support and apparently they are so busy I cant get any help and was told to come here which is kind of ridiculous considering I have purchased the game, supporter packs etc. I have 2 dawn characters..a level 3 warrior and level 36 huntress. I can log into warrior just fine but my main character huntress stays on loading screen on PS5 and the wheels just spin forever as i let it sit for over 20 min several times and will not log in. I can log in and out of my warrior fine. I had to leave the other day and Ps5 went to sleep with me in Chimeral Wetlands and thats where it keeps trying to load me into but wont. Please take a look at my huntress so i can get back in. Character name is BLACKxWIDOW. Also, if im told its bricked then im done with the game.

Same here, had to exit trial of chaos (10xtrial) and when i tried to go back, my character is stuck on loading screen. Fun that i can log on all my character with no issue except this one. I've spent all my cureency gearing this character and now i can't play it. Some bugs need to be fixed since some of them are in poe1 also (fog of war reset).

Same here my monk Mirocu is my main character and it is also stuck on the loading screen, I can create a new one acccess the stash play with other but I cannot get Mirocu to log in.

I also tried to contact support but with no avail.
