BUG REPORT: Prism of Belief - Skeletal Snipers Not Working

Just wanted to make sure GGG saw this... Since .2 the Prism of Belief - Skeletal Snipers doesn't provide any level increase to the sniper gem. Relogging and leaving zones doesn't change the gem level.
