PS5, Couch Co-Op, Cannot Load Cruel Manor Ramparts

The wife and I are playing together. We zoned into Manor Ramparts the other night, hit the waypoint, and stopped for the night. The next day, we were hit by this "infinite load screen" error that I presume everyone else is talking about.

We thought we had a workaround when we had another character in the league that we could use with Couch Co-Op to get one of our characters to zone into Act 2 Normal, and then we both re-loaded into Act 1 Cruel.

We tried to then take the waypoint back to the Manor Ramparts, making sure to select "new instance." The loading screen is stuck for us there.

I've yet to try fighting through the executioner again, and we've yet to try Normal Manor Ramparts.

Last night, before the release of the soon-recalled 0.2.0g patch, I tested whether or not I could log in as either character via my PC. I was able to log in to both characters using the PC client, straight into Cruel Manor Ramparts. We'll try again on PS5 as soon as the client updates to 0.2.0g.

Updated PS5 to 0.2.0g

Attempted to re-launch couch co-op. Game did not load. Them attempted to individually load each character, one-at-a-time. Game Loaded for both. Then, attempted to play couch co-op. Loaded successfully.
