Stuck Loading on Xbox

I’m in a a permanent state of loading after crashing on trials of chaos. Nothing I do seems to fix it, need whatever help I can get here.

Is it character-specific or account-wide?
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Character specific , my level 78 Amazon, dawn of the hunt league, as I’m loading I hear a heartbeat and sounds from the game, I can hear people messaging me to buy my posted sale gear but it never gets off the load screen

This happens a lot for me, sometimes helps just close and open game or you need to wait few minutes and then it will load your game.

I found a workaround for console to get unstuck. You need a second controller to start a split screen game. When the game starts it warps you out of your bugged instance to the starting shore with the new p2 split screen character.
Bingo you are now free of the infinite loading screen. |
