[Bug Report] PS5 - Infinite Loading Screen in PoE2

Hello GGG Support Team,

I'm experiencing an issue on PS5 where the game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen after launching PoE2. I've tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game, and checking my network settings, but the problem persists.

ya I almost had an infinite loading screen when the game froze on blooming field boss. It took several attempts to get it to load back in

Haven't the same problem in cruel?Mode at three cannot log in over and over and over again is specially in the chimeral wet lands and having parts of the floor mithing as I'm moving around.

This issue keeps happening in Act 2 and Act 3, and two of my friends still haven’t been able to play the game at all.

I really hope the developers can address this quickly—it’s getting very frustrating.
