No Item Filters Available

Can anyone help? I'm playing on PS5, and the item filters aren't showing in-game. I've followed Neversink's filters for POE, but in-game the item filter just shows "None."

Troubleshooting steps I've tried so far: Logged out and back in, Reinstalled the game, Unfollowed and re-followed the filter

None of these have worked for me.

try to open other game then go back to poe

Already did that as well, unfortunately the item filters still doesn't work.

Im very sure it will be this issue.
Account management for PoE is really a hassle - I dont even know why I have two different logins as I was sure I was using the same credentials.

Anyway:
Look at the topleft on this forum, look at the topleft in the game running.
Is the name the same, if not then hover "switch accounts" here on the website and then follow your prefered item filter.
Also make sure to follow a PoE 2 item filter.
