Whirlwind's z-height is too small
I'm trying out an ignite whirlwind titan, and noticing I have to constantly move the whirlwind around to damage mobs standing next to it. The ground is so uneven in some of these maps and the damage/effect height of whirlwind so small that you can miss mobs standing next to you in maps like some of the forest and steppe ones. This would be solved by increasing the whirlwind z height by a meter or so, not enough to hit something up on a cliff, but at least take into account the bumpy ground.
