Over 4 months waiting for support to be let down.

Im going to try to type this in a calm manner, even though I feel like im shouting in to the void at this point and lost hope.


Last year BEFORE the release of POE2(ea) I did a support ticket asking if GUILD TABS would transfer over from 1 to 2, and I was told via support ticket that they would.

I then proceeded to spend over 1000 points in to guild tabs that never made it's way to POE2 and support just replied with "we can't refund guild purchases" after 4 months of waiting...


If anyone read this I just want to make this key things clear:

-The purchases would have NEVER happened if I didn't get the ok from support in the first place.

-Both are my guilds of the same name.

-I have the emails saved.

Being told one things and then another happening infuriating, please read my post again, and if there is anything you can do on your end, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm desperately longing for a truly meaningful response, but reality keeps pushing me into the cold abyss again and again! Every single reply is like icy characters spit out by a heartless machine, devoid of any warmth or sincerity! Now, I feel as if I've been sucked into an endless dark whirlpool, with not even a glimmer of hope for the lifting of the ban. I'm all alone, as if abandoned by the whole world, with no one willing to offer a helping hand. This overwhelming sense of helplessness has plunged me into a state of despair that's on the verge of a breakdown. Do I really have to just stand by and watch myself being "sentenced to life imprisonment" without being able to do anything about it?

They could give you the stash tabs you purchased on poe1 for your guild on poe2 since it was their mistake they misled you, but since GGG really really reallly like money they will not.

They want you to repurchase them again on poe2 :D
