Unable to Complete Trial of Sekhemas in any difficulty

I am aware this is a "known issue," but I can't do the quest in any difficulty of the game on my Huntress.

I have tried going to every single diamond on the Desert Map on both regular and cruel difficulty. I cannot get past the section of the quest that tells me to talk to Zarka to advance the quest. There is NO location where she has a quest for me, and none of the chat options she has advances the quest either.

I already looked up every single fix that has worked for other people - none of them have worked for me. All the locations I can go to on the desert map or via waypoints has utterly failed to show me the location I need to go or advance the quest.

What am I supposed to do? I already tried emailing support, and their response was "go post on the forum" rather than fix my issue.

Can anyone actually help me?

You need to beat a boss. I believe its in traitors passage but I could be wrong. Its the spot with the stairs going up go up the stairs you should find the boss somewhere around it. The boss fills the room with poison.

I beat that boss... Bal-something. Still cant progress.
