Reforge bench missing in SC after dying from HC Endgame

The reforge bench doesn't get transferred to softcore after dying in hardcore.

Unlike the salvage bench there is no quest available to obtain the reforging bench.

I also tried to kill the forge boss in the molten vault again but this doesn't unlock the reforge bench as the quest is already marked as completed.

+1 I am encountering the same issue.

Adding myself to the list. killed the boss hoping quest item would drop but no luck.
