You need to follow a PoE 2 item filter on the correct account (if you have multiple logins for any reason).

Make sure the name "logged in as ..." in the topright corner on this website is the same as when you are on the character selection screen on the console.

Same problem here.
I follow two filters and have been for a while. Logged in with the right account because it's the only one.
On Xbox the filters display "none" and it is impossible to use the refresh button.

You also need to select the item filter you want to use in the game - the "none" is a drop down menu which lists "none" and all the other item filters you are following.
Following them doesnt activate them automatically, you can only have 1 filter active at any time.

I am experiencing this too

I recently had my account falsely flagged for automated trading and after regaining access to my account my loot filters don't work even after uninstalling, clearing my cache, deleting all my filters and redownloading, and even loading poe 1 and selecting a filter there in an attempt to spark some kind of connection to my account, I still cannot and it's making it pretty difficult to enjoy the game as I feel I am constantly misssing loot
