Missing Points From Main Atlas Tree

Hey all,

I was missing a few atlas points from my atlas tree after the upgrade last night.

So I said, "whatevs" and just did the two extra nodes I needed to finish the tree. Well, I did that and now I'm stuck at 38 points...

Seems odd.

On my account I'm stuck at 36 points and no more drops on beating nexus maps to consume and get additional points. The quest has been marked as finished, too. Doryani had some voicelines on me finishing the quest as well.
