Unable to access Trial of Sekhema

I have fully completed the campaign on normal and Cruel, have begun running maps and am acquiring tokens for Trial of Sekhema but there is no location on any of my maps to access the trial. Not when using the "Desert Map" on the caravan or through the waypoint system. I have re-run all Traitors passage and Helani Gates on normal and cruel and have killed Balbala on both difficulties. I have several Djinn Barya to use but cannot access the location to use them.

I was able to resolve this by re-killing Balbala on normal difficulty which resulted in a green Djinn Barya dropping, which then progressed the quest as expected. My current issue seems to be resolved.

Having the same issue over here.. Killed Balbala several time and no signs of quest coin.
