Crash when weapon swapping into skin skill

When using Thaumaturge Plasma Blast effect and swapping into it the game crashed almost 100% of the time, then after swapping with X it only randomly happened.
then when playing with friends and it happened each time i connected, the game crashed for the whole party.

i think it could also be related to my dual passive tree.
