Instance crash and rollback in Kalandra lakes

Myself and many others are experiencing instance crashes and rollbacks in the Kalandra lakes in private leagues. On different servers and in different private leagues, so it seems to be a general issue. Happens every 4-5 lakes from my experience.

I'm having the exact same issue on my side, would be very grateful if someone looked into to this quickly, as I've got kicked and rolled back on lakes back to back today.

1st Tablet - OK.
2nd Tablet - OK.
3rd Tablet - Instance crash when I approached Kalandra and she started talking.

Same here last 3 lake instance crashed. Also today my 2 map instances are crashed too.

Same here, the game is crashing Kalandra lake and when, I go back online, the portals are gone, and everything in my inventory from the mirrored lake is gone, like a rollback.

I think it happens when you reach Kalandra ? Not sure.

And still no fix...

still having rollbacks nearly every lake to the last point where i was in my hideout, so i can "save" some loot
