Combat frenzy charge gain interval

Recently noticed that I am getting frenzy charges waaaay too rarely. My Combat Frenzy is lvl 15, all screenshots from hideout, I didn't get anything with increased skill effect duration or was posessed by any curse.
 After that I created lvl 11 Combat Frenzy and suddenly everything is ok...  Last bumped on May 17, 2025, 5:12:36 AM

Ok here is an update. lvl11 Combat frenzy shows normal interval while it is disabled... So basically skill is bugged no matter what

Combat frenzy interval still broken after the patch, please fix it...
