logbook with only 2 implicit modifiers

Hi,
I have Detailed Records (Expedition logbooks found in your maps always have 3 implicit modifier).
I've looted 2 logbooks on my map and one had 3 modifiers and second just 2- one was from monster and one from chest. Don't know which one had less modifiers.
