Ascendancy point bugged

Have finished Chaos and Sakhema trials with tokens stating "Comleting this Ascension Trial will grant additional Ascendancy Skill Points". At the end of eahc (chaos/sakhema) trial I've got alters, but interaction hasn't provided any point.

I guess it doesn't state clearly that I should kill last bosses. That was confusing. Not bugged. Sorry
