5 Map portals and theyre not disappearing upon use and freezing

So two things are currently happening, the weird portal thing where they dont disappear upon use and also i get freezing for multiple seconds and the map pseudo reloads while im in one; it just freezes my screen and then the minimap resets. Any ideas?
